Corporate events

Conferences, meetings and the evenings people judge the year by

From a board offsite for twelve to a conference for several hundred — venue, production, catering, travel and delegates, handled as one job by one team.

What does a corporate events agency actually do?

A corporate events agency finds and books the venue, manages production and catering, arranges delegate travel and accommodation, handles registration, and runs the event on the day. You keep control of the content and the message; everything around it becomes someone else's job.

What we run

Six kinds of event, one way of working

Conferences and annual meetings

Venue, production, catering, accommodation and delegate travel — run so the content is the only thing your team has to worry about.

Awards evenings and gala dinners

Room, staging, entertainment and a running order that lands on time. The evening people judge the whole year by.

Product launches

Press, partners and customers in one room, with the logistics invisible and the product the only thing anyone remembers.

Guest speakers and entertainment

Booked and briefed, with contracts, riders and travel handled. We will also tell you when a speaker is not worth the fee.

Board offsites and strategy days

Somewhere quiet with good food and no interruptions. Small groups, high expectations, no production required.

Team and customer events

Summer parties, Christmas events and customer days — the ones that are supposed to feel effortless.

Venue-finding

The venue decides most of the event

Room shape, ceiling height, daylight, how far the breakout rooms are from the main space, whether there is anywhere decent to eat within walking distance. These are the things that make a conference feel easy or exhausting, and none of them show up in a brochure.

We shortlist against your brief, not against who pays the most commission, and we say when a venue is wrong for what you are doing.

Questions

The things people ask

How many delegates do you work with?
From a board offsite of a dozen people to conferences of several hundred. Below about twenty the job is mostly venue and logistics; above a hundred it becomes production, delegate management and a much longer lead time.
Do you find the venue, or do we?
Either. Venue-finding is free to you — venues pay commission on confirmed business, which is standard across the industry and something we will always be open about. If you already have a venue, we work with it.
Can you handle production as well as logistics?
Yes — staging, AV, lighting, set and content support through production partners we use regularly. For an awards evening that usually also means a host, entertainment and an running order that keeps to time.
Do you manage delegate registration?
We can. That covers invitations, a registration page, dietary and accessibility requirements, rooming lists and on-site check-in. It is the part that quietly eats an internal team’s week.
How far ahead do we need to book?
Six to twelve months for a conference of any size, particularly for September and October dates. Smaller meetings can come together in weeks. Awards evenings at popular venues go a year out.
