How we work
The trip is the easy part. Everything around it is the job.
Anyone can book a hotel. What makes a corporate trip work is the eleven months before it, and the person standing in the lobby when a flight is delayed.
We are a small team by choice. The person who quotes your programme is the person who runs it.

Destinations, hotels and a shape for the days, with honest numbers. Revised until it is right.

We run the qualifying period
Launch materials, updates and leaderboards where an incentive needs them, so the trip sells itself internally.

We handle every booking
Flights, rooms, transfers, dinners, excursions and the hundred things nobody thinks to ask about.

We travel with you
Someone from TravelOptions is on the ground throughout. That is the part you cannot outsource to a booking site.

Why TravelOptions
A family business, still answering its own phone since 1987.
Jim McSorley started TravelOptions in 1987. The company has stayed deliberately small since: the person who quotes your programme is usually the person who runs it, and the person you ring in March is the one in the hotel lobby in September.
We are an ABTA member, based on West Street in Alderley Edge, and most of our clients have been with us for years rather than months.
