Why it works for an incentive

A beautifully diverse region where dazzling cities, ancient ruins and vast deserts collide. The bustling markets and the mix of historic and futuristic architecture make for an enchanting escape — and, practically, it is a winter-sun destination that works when Europe does not.

A three-day shape

Day one. Arrive and transfer privately to the hotel. Check in and use the hotel facilities. Meet in the foyer for a transfer to the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, for drinks in its bar, then dinner at one of the city’s hot spots.

Day two. Breakfast at the hotel, then take to the skies for a seaplane flight. After an adrenaline-packed morning, a legendary Dubai brunch. Dinner at Serafina, an Italian restaurant with two outdoor terraces facing the Dubai Fountain.

Day three. Breakfast, then the morning at leisure to explore or sit on the beach. In the afternoon, a desert adventure — dune bashing, camel riding, quad bikes, sand skiing, a fire show and belly dancing — with dinner and drinks served in the desert.

What to watch

Summer is genuinely too hot for a group programme. November to March is the window, and it is also when hotel rates are highest, so book early.
