Why it works for an incentive

Every waking moment is filled with adventures, incredible landscapes, folklore and understated pleasures. It is also short-haul, which surprises people: the group lands somewhere that looks like another planet less than three hours after leaving Manchester.

A three-day shape

Day one. Arrive, transfer and check in, with the evening in Reykjavík.

Day two. Breakfast, then transfer to the Blue Lagoon, an otherworldly wonder in the heart of a volcanic landscape. Lunch is served at the Lava Restaurant. Back to the hotel, free time, and dinner in one of Reykjavík’s traditional restaurants.

Day three. Out on the high seas in search of whales in their natural habitat, with lunch served on board. Back to the hotel, free time, then a final dinner.

What to watch

Weather moves fast and excursions occasionally cancel. Always have an alternative for the whale watching — that is exactly the sort of thing we build in before anyone notices it was needed.
